2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix liquid ingredients. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients. Combine dry ingredients in thirds to liquid. Place batter in container with lid and put in refrigerator overnight. Cook on waffle iron in the morning.

I have used 3/4 cup white flour and 3/4 cup wheat flour. It's wonderful.
