Buttermilk Pancakes

2 cups flour (or 1 cup white flour and 1 cup wheat flour)
2 cups buttermilk*
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 egg

Mix ingredients together. Place in a container with lid and refrigerate overnight.

*You can make your own buttermilk by 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and add enough milk to make 2 cups. Mix and let stand at least 5 minutes.
